Antique chest dating from the time of the colonization of the Mongol Empire in India. Made of teak wood, ornamented on all sides with a type of painting known for depicting courtly scenes and festivities on chests, furniture and art objects, adding an artistic design that evokes traditional Indian elements such as details, human figures, architecture, and decorative patterns, in addition, it integrates lacquer and miniature techniques which were very common during the time in that region.
