Bëtsknaté mask, or Carnival of Forgiveness, handmade by expert artisans from the Sibundoy Valley in Putumayo. Hand-carved from willow wood and decorated with Czech beads, these masks reflect the traditions of the Inga and Kamentsá communities. They typically express emotions such as happiness, sadness, doubt, and amazement, among others. The combination of colors and bead designs often tell personal or collective stories.
